On Saturday, September 26, 2026, The Chimes at North Bethesda hosted an eventful Open House event, drawing an impressive crowd of nearly 200 attendees. The atmosphere was lively as families, friends, and community members explored the property through guided tours, getting an up-close look at the newly finished apartments, amenities, and community spaces that set The Chimes apart.

Guests enjoyed Chick-fil-A and assorted refreshments, adding to the welcoming vibe as visitors mingled with local vendor partners. Representatives from 495 Movers, Xfinity, and SoldierFit were on hand to share information about their exclusive service options and special promotional offers available to new residents.
Located in an unbeatable prime location near transit, retail, local schools, and the lively Pike & Rose district, this 163 brand-new apartment homes community also showcases a unique collection of amenities, including two fitness rooms, a quiet room, a rear deck for outdoor gatherings, and an onsite leasing office and Community Life Program—a highlight for many attendees.

The excitement led to multiple onsite applications being completed and submitted during the event. While apartments are filling up quickly, some apartment homes are still available. If you missed the Open House, you can still schedule a private tour and secure your spot in this vibrant new neighborhood!
